Administrator

We are seeking a Trainee to join our team and learn the ropes of our industry.

This position offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career and gain valuable experience.

Duties:

– Dealing with post, scanning and shredding
– Arranging and booking client meetings
– Liaising with third party providers to obtain information or queries in relation to existing plans
– Preparing and obtaining information for client annual reviews
– Use of Back-office system for client servicing
– Supporting paraplanners
– General administration
– Shadowing experienced staff members to learn about the company, its operations, and industry practices
– Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
– Observing and learning from colleagues to develop interpersonal skills and professional etiquette
– Completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently under supervision
– Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Skills:
– Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Good time management and organisational skills
– Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Paraplanner

We are looking for someone with relevant experience to join our growing and developing team.

The successful candidate should have a team-centric approach and be
committed to delivering excellent client service and outcomes. A good
understanding of modern financial planning software would be helpful as well as the ability to share and embrace new ideas and working practices.

Full training will be provided, and support given towards studying for professional qualifications.
